We are a Pre-Revenue Software as a Service startup focused on an underserved market.  We have a Minimally Viable Product in production beta with a customer who is also the principal investor.

This role will work directly with the founder (ex-Apple) to lead the development and execution of the product roadmap to transform the initial customers business.  You will work with stakeholders to solicit feedback and synthesize ideas integrating into the roadmap.  You will be the driving force to determine the as-is and to-be process map, write user stories, work with designers and developers, review and sign off on User Acceptance Testing and roll out and refine the product to the first customers and locations.  

The ideal candidate has:

• Led omni-channel software solutions uniting digital and retail to create world class experiences and outcomes
• 10-15 years of relevant work experience 
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business
• A Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business
• Jira, Confluence and Figma experience
• The ability to be located in Austin, Texas 
• The ability to work in the office and travel 30% to meet with existing and future customers
• Fluency and writes in English with excellent proficiency
• The ability to be comfortable presenting to diverse groups including customers, investors, developers and designers

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills. This role will be a leading contributor and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
